1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong product
- An item is missing from your order
To be eligible:
- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Clear unboxing video/photo proof is required
We do not accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind” or “not needed anymore.”
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and spiritual reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Rudraksha beads & malas
- Energized/spiritual items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items purchased during special sale or clearance

- Our support team will review the request within 24–48 hours
- If approved, we will arrange pickup or ask you to ship the item back
- Once the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed
4. Refund Method
Refunds are issued as:
- Original Payment Method (for prepaid orders)
- Store Credit / Coupon Code (in certain cases)
COD orders may receive refunds only as store credit.
Refunds will be credited to source account in 5 to 10 days.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. Replacement and Exchange policy
We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days
7. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
If a delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Not responding to delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept the package
Reshipping costs may apply, and a refund may not be issued.
8. Damaged or Missing Items Policy
To claim a replacement or refund:
- Provide an unboxing video showing the package being opened without cuts or edits
- Claims without valid proof may be rejected
9. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges, except in cases where:
- The product delivered is incorrect or damaged
- Proof is provided within 48 hours
